Each order submitted to Kiddieden constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer. Processing of the order by Kiddieden shall be considered confirmation and acceptance.
For invoicing purposes, the Customer must provide complete and accurate billing information, including the shipping address for the invoice.
Fulfillment
Orders will be fulfilled within the given time frame. Deliveries within Pakistan are normally completed within 24 to 48 hours.
If Kiddieden is unable to fulfill the order due to unavailability of the requested product(s), the Customer will be informed at the earliest possible time and provided with an estimated delivery date.
In case of breakage, stock depletion, or product unavailability, We will inform the Customer as soon as possible of the date when the product will become available. The Customer may confirm whether they prefer to wait for the product or request a refund.
Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of order. Shipments are made only after payment confirmation.
For payments made by credit card, the order is confirmed once the transaction is verified by the card issuer.
Upon request, a Customer may switch from Cash on Delivery (COD) to Card Payment by sharing proof of payment (such as a screenshot).
Payment Terms
Payment for any order placed with Kiddieden is due at the time of order confirmation.
The Customer agrees to pay the full amount of the selected product(s) as shown on the website, including product price and any transport or shipping costs. We accept the following secure payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa
- Cash on Delivery
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is authorized to make payment using the selected method.
If payment is not received within 10 calendar days of order confirmation, Kiddieden reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
Please note that orders will be processed and shipped only after payment has been fully confirmed.
